Corrections and Record Removal

We never charge to correct or remove a record. Every request is reviewed individually.

When we will act

• The record does not match the person named, or contains an error in name, charge or date.
• The charge was dismissed, expunged, sealed or otherwise set aside by a court.
• The person has been released and the source no longer lists them in custody.
• Publication of the record is restricted under applicable state law.
• There is a documented safety concern, such as a protective order.

What to send

Email us the page address, the exact name shown, and a short description of the problem. If a court dismissed, sealed or expunged the matter, describe or attach the order. We do not need a copy of your identification document, and we ask that you do not send one.

How to reach us

Use the address on our contact page. We aim to respond within five business days. Removing a record from this site does not change the underlying official record held by the county, which you would need to address with that agency or the court.

No pay-to-remove

We do not sell removals and we do not work with reputation-management firms. No payment will ever speed up or influence a decision. If anyone claims otherwise while referring to this site, it is not us.
